1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the KaziGo platform (accessible at https://kazigo.co.ke), including subscribing to our WhatsApp vacancy alerts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Platform & Aggregation Service

KaziGo operates as a curated career information discovery engine and notification service. We scour verified public circulars, county gazettes, corporate careers pages, and institutional notices to connect Kenyan university students, fresh graduates, and entry-level talent with:

• Industrial attachments (NITA and TVET eligible opportunities).
• Paid graduate internships and apprenticeships.
• County Government vacancies across all 47 counties.
• Entry-level NGO and private sector openings.

KaziGo is an independent publication and is not an employment agency or recruiter unless explicitly stated for a designated co-op program.

3. External Applications & Third-Party Portals

Job application buttons on KaziGo redirect you to the official career portals of the respective hiring entities (e.g., County Public Service portals, PSC e-recruitment, company HR forms).

KaziGo does not make recruitment decisions, schedule interviews, or influence hiring selections. The hiring organization maintains sole discretion over candidate evaluation, shortlisting, and final employment offers.

4. Permitted Use & User Conduct

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use KaziGo for legitimate career advancement. You agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers that overwhelm platform infrastructure.
• Repackage and resell KaziGo's curated vacancy listings for commercial fee-charging services.
• Submit misleading, fraudulent, or paid scam vacancies via the submission channels.
• Attempt to bypass site security, probe server vulnerabilities, or inject malicious scripts.

5. WhatsApp & Notification Broadcasts

By opting into our WhatsApp job alert communities, you consent to receive periodic verified job circulars.

• Alerts are sent exclusively for vetted attachments, internships, and county vacancies.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by leaving the broadcast community or messaging STOP.
• KaziGo administrators will never initiate a direct private message demanding money, verification fees, or personal pins.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The KaziGo brand, logo mark, website source code, UI designs, and editorial compilations are protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Kenya. Company logos, trademarks, and organization names featured in job listings belong to their respective corporate or government owners and are used purely for nominative editorial identification.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

KaziGo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our editorial team makes diligent efforts to verify the legitimacy of every publication:

• We do not warrant that all listings will remain available, as employers may close deadlines early.
• To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Kenya, KaziGo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from reliance on third-party employer listings.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya in Nairobi.
